Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction

Pennyworth Liquidations is committed to offering high-quality items and ensuring a transparent auction process. We understand that sometimes an item might not meet your expectations. For these instances, we provide a straightforward return option within 5 days post-auction, given the items are in their original condition. Please note, refunds do not include the buyer's premium or applicable taxes.

Notice of Policy Update on Auction Item Pickup and Extension Requests

To further support our commitment to customer satisfaction and to streamline our inventory management, we've updated our policies regarding auction item pickups and extensions:

- Should you require more time beyond the standard three-day pickup window, we now offer the option to extend this period. A daily holding fee of $5 will be applied for each day beyond the initial window.

- To request an extension, please notify us via text at 737-850-0225 or email at admin@pennyworthliquidations.com, including your bidder number and the auction details.

Terms and Conditions

1. Liability for Item Descriptions: Items are sold "as is, where is," and Pennyworth LLC aims for accuracy but is not liable for any discrepancies in descriptions.

2. Resolution of Order Discrepancies: We reserve the right to resolve order disputes at our discretion, potentially through a comparable item, auction credit, or refund, and bidders are asked to refrain from seeking alternative legal remedies in Texas.

3. Limitation of Liability: Pennyworth LLC's liability is limited to the bid amount, and we are not liable for indirect damages, including lost profits.

4. Mandatory Arbitration: Disputes will be settled through arbitration in Texas, following the American Arbitration Association's rules, with decisions being final and confidential.

5. Acceptance of Terms: Participation in our auctions signifies agreement to these terms and any additional terms announced or posted.

6. Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the full agreement between Pennyworth LLC and the bidder.

Additional Provisions

- A 15% Buyer's Premium and an 8.25% sales tax apply to all purchases, per Texas law.

Item Condition Ratings

- New: Unused, in original packaging.

- Like New: Opened, minimal use.

- Good: Used, fully functional.

- Fair: Functional, with visible wear.

- Salvage: Significant wear, for parts.

Understanding Maximum Bids

The Maximum Bid feature ensures you remain the highest bidder up to your limit, fostering a competitive and fair auction experience.

Pennyworth LLC retains full discretion over the auction process, including the modification, suspension, or cancellation of auctions at any time for any reason, underscoring our commitment to maintaining a fair and orderly auction environment for all participants.
